Well said William. As a muscled, lean, yet educated man, you've inspired me to skip the "gym" this week and instead brush up on my Russian. Typo in the second sentence by the way.

Brilliant! Now I can feel good about my 220lbs body and I can continui reading an ero novel alone in my dark bedroom. I mean, being a virgin is not that bad right? Compared to being those intellectual stucked 6pack right wingers.

To be really fit, you don't need to work out more than 7 hours a week. You're pretentious and fail to recognize that one can be in great physical shape and an intellectual. There is a correlation with physical abilities and IQ.

I'm particularly disheartened by the fact that I can't find any reference to a "Kaki-Bundo effect" anywhere outside this article. Anyone who can point me to a study or source of some kind will have my eternal gratitude.

Lambasting a movement for its lack of intellect, then lambasting the quotes the movement spouts for not being intellectual enough, then quoting a make-believe political system based on slavery.

And those two paragraphs going into detail about a made-up concept fail describing a process inherent to all languages (evolution) that somehow only affects the Japanese language.

When I do resistance training, trainer and I are only ones in facilty. Machines are preset based on the prior weeks performance. Spend less than 15 minutes total on 5 machines working to exhaustion on each machine. I do it once a week. Still have plenty of time for the library.
