As a scandinanivan I can say that I have directed most of my inherent rascism against other scandinavians, especially against swedes from other parts of the country than my own.
I'm reminded of Slavoj Zizek's interesting observations on what he calls 'progressive racism', based on his experience of the good-natured ethnic humour between the various nationalities of the former Yugoslavia, an outlet that was shut off when Milosevic and others of his ilk began pushing ethnic chauvinism.
On a related note, have you noticed how since 2014 you're not really allowed to make fun of the Scots anymore? A pity.
